Transfer Of Tickets
Hi All,

A friend on here has sorted me 2 tickets for Spurs and said they're at the ticket office waiting for me ! It's been a good few years since I had a season ticket but I still have my customer number ! anyway I've emailed the club and hopefully they will sort me out as I've never had an electronic ticket.

Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

Hahaha classic reply charley ;-)

Re: Transfer Of Tickets
He should have been able to transfer them to your client ref number without going anywhere near the ticket office. I've done it with mine a few times

Re: Transfer Of Tickets
yes psycho is right ted if youi have a client reference number the bloke who is transferring the ticket to you just adds you to his network transfers the ticket you accept and Bob's your uncle and presumably if you are goin g with your son he does the same

Re: Transfer Of Tickets
Ted yes your client reference number would still be valid I suspect they would give you a paper copy of the ticket and you scan the code at the turnstile..

Re: Transfer Of Tickets
I’m doing the same at the moment. Had a ticket transferred to me, have accepted it but no email has come through yet. There’s nowhere to download it in my account, it just says my next game is vs Tottenham. No links or anything, and no tickets in the ‘manage your tickets’ page.

Is this usual? Have messaged supporter services.

Re: Transfer Of Tickets
once your mate has transferred the ticket to your client reference number , you have to log in and accept the transfer
theyre a bit slow with the email containing the ticket pdf, normally next morning print the ticket just to be safe when you do get the email

charleyfarley 7:33 Sun Aug 28
Re: Transfer Of Tickets
yes can take 1-2 days for email to come through make sure you check your junk/trash folders

lowlife 7:38 Sun Aug 28
Re: Transfer Of Tickets
1-2 days, that’s a bit rubbish really. Will keep an eye out, checking trash regularly too.

Re: Transfer Of Tickets
Just found out that they didn't recognise our old customer numbers so I've re-registerd and hopefully will get the tickets transfered.
I was on the phone to them for an hour and half and was only no 26 ffs maybe it's because it's bank holiday.

Re: Transfer Of Tickets
Cheers Ted - currently on hold too. 40 minutes of the Bubbles holding music so far, currently number 25 in the queue.

My client reference number is also an old one, but is linked to the account I set up a few days ago. I’ve been able to accept the ticket but have seen or heard nothing since then. The person who forwarded the ticket can no longer see it in their account. Will see what they say when I eventually get through.

Re: Transfer Of Tickets
Cheers lowlife,
Hopefully I'm sorted now thanks to an poster on here I'm back in my old account so maybe now I'm registerd twice ;-) will now wait for ticket confirmation of the tickets.
That bubbles drives you fecking mad after a while ;-)

Hope you get sorted

Re: Transfer Of Tickets
All sorted now - nearly 2 hours on hold!

Basically they said that they send out tickets at the end of each day, but due to the weekend and bank holiday any tickets that were forwarded on Saturday would be issued on Tuesday. Bit of a poor system really, as this should be an automated process to do it on every day regardless of it being a weekend or bank holiday.

Charleyfarley - you were right, I'm just impatient and wanted the ticket on my phone ASAP :-)

Re: Transfer Of Tickets
Cheers lowlife I'll expect them tomorrow then !

Also heard that parts of the A12 are shut from 9 pm Weds so will be going up by train that's if there not striking !!!
